Rooted in Maine, Built for Community

We’re a small, family-owned business with deep ties to the Auburn area. Paul Sasseville, a Maine native and lifelong builder, began his career in construction as a teenager. Alongside his wife Gail, he developed the Highland Apartments on Center Street in Auburn in the late 1980s. A few years later, they broke ground just minutes from the Auburn turnpike exit to begin work on Kittyhawk Apartments I.

Now in his 70s, Paul continues to bring that same dedication to every project. At age 72, he completed Kittyhawk Apartments II—48 thoughtfully designed luxury apartments. In June 2025, an additional 24 apartments will be completed, bringing to life a vision that has been decades in the making.
